Ferries to MykonosPort connections and services

When one thinks of Greece, one of the first islands that comes to mind is undoubtedly Mykonos, a beautiful, lively and hospitable town! What are you waiting for? Book on Mr Ferry!

Legend tells that the giants, killed by Hercules, were buried among the rocks, from where the island gets its name. The first peoples to set foot on the island were the Carians and the Phoenicians in 1000 BC, the cult and veneration of the gods was very strong, such as Dionysus, Apollo and many others. Later, the Byzantines conquered the island and built fortresses against the Arab invasions.

The port will welcome you with its characteristic white houses of the island, a fairy tale setting that will make you understand that it will be a unique holiday. When you get off the ferry you will see many yachts and cruises, they will make you understand the strong influx that takes place on the island during the summer period. You will have a kiosk and a bus stop at your disposal, you will also find sea connections to the old port.

From the island you will have multiple connections operated by the two shipping companies Minoan Lines and Blue Star Ferries that will take you to nearby islands such as: Naxos, Paros, Syros, Chios, Tinos and many more distant ones, each island will have a different crossing duration, check on Mister ferry!

🚢If you are planning to travel with your own vehicle, we recommend that you arrive at the port two hours before the departure time stated on your ticket as the route is one of the busiest, especially in high season.

Mykonos ferries Port's services

Do you have the Greek image of the little white houses perched on the rock? Mykonos is the ideal place to spend your vacation, full of fun and Greek tradition!

The island has a very ancient history, dating back to 1000 B.C., where the Cari and Phoenician peoples established the first civilization. The island was always under siege by many peoples due to its strategic location, passed from the Venetians to the Ottomans, until the peoples of the neighboring islands decided to go and live there, taking up trade and maritime activities.

Take your backpack and start venturing through the streets of the city, you will find a picturesque town, with classic white houses and blue windows, like the sea that surrounds it!

When you get to the historic center, you will find yourself in Little Venice, where you will have restaurants, stores and can enjoy the traditional products of the island. Another must stop is the famous windmills, a strong economic source on the island, thanks to the favorable winds on the territory. One of the most beautiful churches to visit is located in the Kastro district, Panagia Paraportinai dedicated to the Virgin Mary, directing you toward the chora you will find Manto Square, dedicated to a revolutionary woman, with her statue placed in the center.

Mykonos is a real piece of paradise, thanks in part to its beaches.
You will find ones for all tastes, for families, nudists and gays.
Agios Sostis known for its golden sand and crystal clear sea, Paradise for fun-lovers who want to dance until morning and Frangias the wildest and hidden from tourists, a real gem.
