Wonderful and fast. We tried purchasing tickets through another site but was difficult to do so we gave up. Glad we found ok ferry.

I got the tickets allright. I got confused about all the paperwork and th differences in the tickets for the round trip. (different logos and presentation.) I tried to get someone on the phone but for 10 minutes nobody was anwering. I gave up! The rest went OK

bad reservation experience, check

It would be nice if by the time the reservation is paid for, the ferry schedule is already guaranteed. We made reservation and paid for the boat tickets only to be told after the fact that our chosen time is already fully-booked and that we have to pick a different time slot 1-hour earlier than we would have wanted.

This service seems to work well though I believe that the Booking Fee is excessive at 20e

Efficient and easy to use website

I had checked a number of sites, looking for ferry tickets, they were difficult to navigate. I had almost given up on my dream of visiting Capri, until I tried this site. It was so easy, I managed to navigate it on my iPad. They also accept PayPal which is my preferred method of payment. The tickets were in my email, ready to print within minutes. Thank you!

I haven't actually gotten on a boat yet... but the process of bookings was very simple and straight forward. I made one error on one of my reservations and OK Ferry responded very quickly to the updated information I gave them.

There was a problem with the names on the booking. Some of the first names and surnames were mixed up on the tickets. Some were correct. We were quite certain they were all entered correctly. I will need to contact you to do the corrections.
