Hello, I spent a long time looking for my tickets on line. No where does it say you have to print out the slip You have emailed, then park in pozzuoli (which isn't easy) then take slip into ticket office, wait in line, then get your tickets printed out! Why can you not send the ticket over the internet like you can with flights!

The website was easy to use and a prompt service. However, disappointed that the price on the website and the actual price were different- had to pay 37 euros more. Also the tickets were sent even though we hadn't agreed to pay the extra money

As there was a problem confirming the booking I was emailed immediately and notified, once the issue was sorted I received a phone call from Italy to UK confirming and asking how I would like to receive the tickets, Excellent service

The service is god. I would like the ticket you send to me should be valid onboard so I don´t need to go to the ticket stand before boarding to get a new ticket.

I'am rather pleased with your service, although it took me -with all the possibilities - about half a day to find the proper transfer to Corsica and fro. One point of criticism: the to the tickets attached conditions of carriage are difficult to read.

Website does not explain if time reservations are necessary, recommended or even possible.

My case was complicated - I made several changes in the reservation. The OK-Ferry staff helped me very quickly and friendly. I recommend the service.

A bit expensive compared with England- France rates

The website is very clear and straightforward, but it was quite difficult to find information on baggage allowances.

Very user friendly and clear, informative website. Several useful payment methods. Very quick response/ delivery of the boarding tickets through e-mail. 2 Years ago we had to wait for more than a week to get the boarding tickets delivered by mail. My compliments for the improvements, Michaël.

Such a great service. First I booked my reservation online then they sent me a confirmation e-mail immediately. Now, once the payment is processed, they will send you an electronic version of your tickets. Simple as 1, 2, and 3.
