Ventotene is one of the Pontine Islands in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the coast of Gaeta right between Lazio and Campania. The island, the remains of an ancient volcano is elongated with a length of 3 km and has higher and more indented coasts, where steep promontories alternate with sandy beaches washed by a crystal-clear water. Year by year the the flow of visitors increases, thanks to beauty of this little island to discover.
Ventotene is connected to Formia by ferries all year long and increase the sailings during high season adding routes to and from Naples, Ponza and Ischia.
