There was a wobble with the credit card asking me to re- submit information, I was concerned for duplicate transactions - let me give you a full accurate report once we are back from Italy.

Booking ferry tickets was fast and easy with OKFerry. However, it would have been nice for the confirmation page to note that the tickets would be emailed to me. The confirmation page indicated that we would need to visit the ticket office on the ferry dock in order to obtain tickets. Thank you.

Easy booking, great that wecan embark and get off on different harbours! Points of attention: (1) the number plate of the rental car is not always avalaible when booking the ferry. (2) last boat going back to Pozzuoli is quite early in the afternoon (15.00), departure at 16.00 - 17.00 would be more attractive.

The ferry reservation service is very easy to use and our confirmation and tickets were sent immediately by email.

What service ? I was sent tickets - but they were not tIckets - you had to go exchange them for tickets. What a ripoff

I think it was very nice and easy. Haven't done the travel yet so i dont know how well it worked. But untill now it was a fine service

Hi. This service is wonderful. But as, a visitor, I am having trouble printing And do not know whether i will succeed before morning.

i received a reservation number but I do not know what or where I actually pick up tickets. I will be arriving on Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam on Aug. 13, and if you could explain the procedure and where to go from the port would be helpful. If that info is explained then your service would be excellent. thanks, Ronald Miller

Very easy to use

It was very confusing to pick up the tickets from ticket agents as the website says. Agents of ticket offices were unsure how online tickets worked. Part of the problem was that the actual company operating the ferry was different from what the website said. Also, it should be noted that people at hotels do not have easy access to printers to print emailed tickets.

we apologize for this inconvenience, the two ferry companies performing this route employing a unique ship and it is therefore permitted to board with tickets of both companies. Both companies, however, require the original ticket which must be collected at the port before departure by showing the printed voucher we send.
