Good service. I'm glad there's a way to book online instead of risking it the day-of. The email had some errors in English. Also, it would be helpful if the ticket had a map showing where the ticket office is at the port.

Very Slick , booked from our iPhone while having a Cappuccino in Salerno . Walked up to a Mailboxes Ect and Air Droped to a printer for .20€ Took I’ll of 15 mins .

Booking was fast and easy. The website could have explained what "extra luggage" meant, but besides that small detail I would book through them again.

Easy to use. All of the baggage is attached to one passenger, but other than that, all looks good!

I had an issue with the payment (the credit card was rejected) and the issue was solved quick and smoothly (based on automatic emails)

I live in the US and purchase tickets for 5 persons. This company was very organized and responsive. They answered several of my questions and responded within a day to my email. Fabulous service

Dear Customer, for the Company that you have booked, you do not need to print the vouchers. Simply show the Company vouchers during the mandatory check-in at the ticket office at the port.

only received half of my reservation vouchers. I received the Capri-Sorrento portion but not the Sorrento-Capri portion. Very frustrating. Please advise.

Your reservation system is very easy to navigate and very responsive. I m extremely impressed with it!

It is all good, the only thing is that the airline companies do not require that we change the boarding card at the airport, we print it at home. It would be much easier if this is the case, it will save us time. I suggest that you would look into that option. Thank you

Dear customer, unfortunately several naval companies did not entail the issue of an e- ticket ready for the embarcation, but a voucher that should be converted at the ticket office before the departure. The utility of buying a voucher on line is to make sure the availability of the choosen departure time and do not have a risk to not find a place for that departure once at port. thank you, Ok-Ferry staff

There should be information about baggage. Is baggage allowed? If yes, how much? There is only an option to select extra baggage as an accessory. What does 'extra' mean?

Dear customer, we kindly inform that on the ticket's price is included one luggage. Any luggage bigger then the standard measures or any other luggage would be considered as an "extra luggage". In the case that you should add an extra luggage once the ticket has been issued, you can buy the extra luggage at the port. You tricked me into booking. I looked at your website and searched. I never entered into a contract. I bought the ticket through SNAF You send me a tricky email that made me think my ticket still needed to be paid for so I clicked and double paid. Your refund was only for 70% you are scam artists!!!

It was impossible to buy return tickets, propably for the company to get the booking fee twice.

The reservation flow is smooth and easy to use. Showing a location of pier may be useful. Also, when clicking the Terms and Conditions during the application, only Italian version had been displayed.

Very good but please make it VERY CLEAR on the website that the PDF ticket that is sent by email must be exchanged for the actual Boarding Passes at the ticket booth in Beverello.
