Very easy service to use and quick response on confirmation of tickets.

One of the easiest and most efficient online booking systems I have used. Clear to understand what you are getting ..... and then you get it almost instantly through email. Thank-you for making it easier to enjoy our trip!

Very good but please make it VERY CLEAR on the website that the PDF ticket that is sent by email must be exchanged for the actual Boarding Passes at the ticket booth in Beverello.

You said I could buy tickets. The email asked me to tell you what I thought of you selling me tickets. BUT YOU DID NOT SELL ME TICKETS! You sold me a stupid voucher, which I have to take to a ticket office. I want my money back.

I found your site fairly easy to understand and navigate. Especially this being our first trip to Sicily, so look forward to the fast trip to the islands

Web order site was easy to use as it consolidated all of the Ferries. Emails were quick and again easy to understand. Appears no errors were made, looking forward to our trip and the ferry services we booked.

The system does not work properly, i reserved Sorrento Amalfi twice but i could not pay.

The initial booking did not work well as i was not directed to a card pament, but have been able to do since and have our tickets now thankyou

I filled out the ticket in english but the printout is in italian. Other than that, very easy to use.

Very quick and good service. However, on your country list, there is no "Korea". Please add South Korea(officially, "Republic of Korea".). Then, you will be perfect.
