Easy to use. Efficient and convenient. And the agent at the port easily found our reservation and printed our tickets

A bit expensive compared with England- France rates

The website is very clear and straightforward, but it was quite difficult to find information on baggage allowances.

Very user friendly and clear, informative website. Several useful payment methods. Very quick response/ delivery of the boarding tickets through e-mail. 2 Years ago we had to wait for more than a week to get the boarding tickets delivered by mail. My compliments for the improvements, Michaël.

Such a great service. First I booked my reservation online then they sent me a confirmation e-mail immediately. Now, once the payment is processed, they will send you an electronic version of your tickets. Simple as 1, 2, and 3.

The online booking system was fine but pointless. We planned to catch the 9am from Sorrento to Capri. When booking could only select 9:15, when we arrived at port was told it wasn't running and to wait for 9:50. Ferry took 40min rather than 20' as advertised on your site. Delay resulted in us missing blue grotto. Return was also late. Buy at port as you have to line up to pick up tickets anyway

very easy to use web site. Processed reservation very quickly and received tickets by email within minutes.

The procedure was quite easy bot the booking fee very high and thre was not any clear warning info right at the beginning of the procedure...

I was sold a ticket from castellamare to Capri and the service doesn't exist. Locals at the port told me that the ferry at 8.25 was already discontinued.

The "OK Ferry" booking service is very helpful when booking ferries on Italy''s Amalfi Coast for trips along the coastline and the Isle of Capri.

Naples Capri booked. Theoretically it supposed to be 40.20 € but when i completed the booking 12 € booking fee was deducted from my card. Now I'm asking what a fucking bloody hell is this? This price was not indicated until the end of booking and it is actually almost 30 % of the price. I will make tomorrow a big scandal at the office where I will pick up my ticket.

We just would like to specify that, during the online procedure, the summary of the journey as well as every cost item are immediately and clearly displayed. To be even more specific, they are called "total outward journey" and "booking fee". This information are pointed out and then also recapped before confirming the booking and to go further in the payment procedure. In fact, the amount in the transaction form included the booking fee, that you had already displayed in the summary of the reservation. In every moment the cost items were clearly displayed (in the summary of the booking and in the payment form), therefore you could have stopped the confimation procedure, if you didn't agree, or you thought the summary of the cost items was not clear.Best regards, the Staff of Ok-Ferry.

The booking was confusing and without instructions. For outbound I received one "ticket" for 4 people. I was not informed that I must take what I thought was a ticket was really a voucher. I almost missed the boat because I had to run back to the ticket office to exchange the voucher for the tickets. For the return booking I received 4 separate tickets. These also needed to be exchanged.
